Alesha Bake
Alesha joined PampaninFoster as the Client Relations & Administrative Support Coordinator, where she plays a key role in supporting both clients and the internal team. With a background in healthcare, customer service, and administration, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-focused approach to her work.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Entomology from Michigan State University and is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and calm presence in fast-paced environments. Alesha enjoys helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and takes pride in making sure clients feel supported and cared for throughout their experience with the firm.
Outside of work, Alesha is an avid reader and a big Lord of the Rings fan. She enjoys experimenting with gluten-free baking and spending time at home with her pets, always finding joy in the little things that make life feel balanced and grounded.
